CRM and AI your teams will actually use.

Olinger Advisory helps sales, service, and technology leaders get real returns from Salesforce, contact centers, and AI. The advice comes from more than 20 years of owning these platforms from the inside.

A customer journey moving from inquiry to lead, opportunity, decision, and onboarding across customer, sales, and service lanes, with an AI assist lane suggesting the next best action. Customer Sales Service AI assist Inquiry Lead routed Opportunity Decision Onboarding Next best action
One customer, one connected journey. AI works best on top of a clean process, not in place of one.

Previously led CRM and technology delivery at Guardian Life, Accenture, Coca-Cola, and Cox Automotive.

Two practices, one measure of success: adoption.

Technology only pays off when people change how they work. Every engagement is built around that.

How an engagement works

A simple path from a clear diagnosis to results your teams can sustain.

  1. Diagnose

Two to three weeks of interviews, system review, and data. You get a clear read on what is working, what is not, and why.

  2. Plan

A prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes, with costs, owners, and quick wins you can start on right away.

  3. Deliver

Hands-on leadership through delivery, or advisory support for your own team. Either way, the goal is adoption, not a document on a shelf.

You work directly with Tony Olinger.

Tony has spent more than 20 years on both sides of the table: as a consultant advising on strategy, process, and change, and as the executive accountable for running CRM platforms at scale.

At Guardian Life he served as Head of Salesforce CRM and later Head of Group Benefits Distribution Technology, leading a technology organization of about 110 people. Before that he built and led Salesforce programs at Accenture, Coca-Cola, and Cox Automotive.

He trained as an industrial and systems engineer at Georgia Tech, which still shapes how he works: understand the process first, then choose the technology.

Common questions

What kinds of organizations does Olinger Advisory work with?

Mid-size and enterprise organizations, including public sector agencies, that run customer-facing teams on CRM and contact center platforms.

Do you only advise, or do you deliver too?

Both. Some clients want a roadmap and an experienced second opinion. Others want a hands-on leader to run the program. Each engagement is shaped around what your team needs.

Which platforms do you know best?

Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with the contact center, chatbot, and IVR solutions that connect to it.

Where does AI fit into CRM work?

More and more, they are the same conversation. AI is most useful when it sits on clean customer data and a clear process, which is exactly what good CRM work produces.

How does an engagement start?

With a 30-minute call to understand your situation. If there is a fit, the next step is usually a short diagnostic.

Start with a 30-minute conversation.

Share what you are working on. You will leave the call with at least one useful idea, whether or not we work together.
